Fruity-floral

Notes: citrus, apple and green floral notes, peony, jasmine and freesia, sandalwood, musk and amber.

I tried it at the BEBE store and thought it was very nice fresh fruity fragrance. My favorite fruity scent so far has been Be Delicious, I went through several bottles of this in the past but I was all out and wanted to try something different. On the whim, I got a rollerball of Sheer Bebe and kind of regrett it. I think I liked Sheer Bebe because it has a notes of peony and apple which are some of my favorites, so if Bombshell from VS and Bright Crystal had a baby with Be Delicious, it would smell like Sheer Bebe. Very fresh fruity scent with distict note of peony. However, lasting power blows.  It barely lasts an hour and it doesn't project well at all, its pretty much a skin scent on me.  I guess if you are looking for light unoffensive scent, this maybe up your alley. However, in my opinion, Be Delicious is superior to this so once I use my rollerball, I won't repurchase again. I prefer scents with more lasting power.

BVLGARI JASMIN NOIR

Bvlgari Jasmin Noir appeared on the market back in 2008 but I have not sampled it until now. I wonder why since the notes listed some of my favorites-jasmine, gardenia, almond, tonka bean, woods and licorice. This is indeed oriental fragrance-I only pick up a faint whiff of florals(and I can't smell gardenia at all, very strange considering that my nose can always pick up gardenia/tuberose). This scent is dominated by tonka bean, almond and woods which gives it, as other reviewers said, a smoky deep feeling, with some spice. While it lingered on my skin for at least 5 hours, it lays very close to the skin and doesn't project well. I owned a bottle of M by Mariah Carey in the past and I can see definite similarities with these two-both smoky incensy orientals(even though I didn't see incense listed on Jasmin Noir notes), both lay close to the skin, and the only difference is that M is sweeter than Jasmin Noir, which I actually prefer.
Jasmin Noir is a nice scent but definitely not my cup of tea. I have to say that this is a rather sophisticated scent, definitely not something I picture a teenage girl wearing-I picture elegant, well-dressed woman in her 30s and up.

ADDICT TO LIFE BY CHRISTIAN DIOR

This weekend I sampled the newest Dior addition, Addict to Life. My verdict is …meh..nothing to get excited about.
This is classified as fruity floral with top notes of pomegranate, raspberry and peach. The heart tones of rose, jasmine and lily of the valley are followed by the base of cedar and white musk.
I was very curious to sample this because notes sounded so fabulous (especially top notes). As soon as I sprayed it however, I immediately thought "I've smelled it before" and it didn't take me long to figure this out. It smells VERY similar to Omnia Amethyste which I tried before. Just to make sure I wasn't losing my mind, I tried Omnia Amethyste on my other hand-while it’s not identical, it’s very close. I don't get any top fruity notes at all-its light delicate floral, all about rose and lily of the valley, and just like Omnia Amethyste, it doesn't project well, has no silage and no lasting power(within 40 min I couldn't even smell it). It’s a nice scent but not anything different from many other fragrances.
